Product is Laborous to Use

Takes an eternity to open a file. Takes almost an eternity to move from form to for or section to section. Takes forever for help to open.

Getting more complicated each year

You need to make it easier to do short form with out having to go through all the steps. Pretty soon I'll have to take a college course just to use your product. I've been a customer for a long time. Your charge me last year to file electronically and never did had to print and send.

Very disappointed this year

Updates ran into a widely experienced problem as seen on your website where updates created a fatal error and a problem with Microsoft Installer. For several weeks I could not access TT. That's the first time I've encountered this with TT and I'm sure glad there was the May 17 extension which I needed because of Turbo Tax. I'm glad it got fixed but TT was not up to par this year.

Took hours to solve an error code

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I'm not sure I will again. Due to Turbo Tax error code, the program would not file because I needed to download an update. But the program crashed every time that I attempted to update. I spent hours trying to solve this issue. So frustrating! Not happy.

Cumbersome

This software continues to be cumbersome and leaves pieces for the user to have to try and figure out instead of being able to connect to someone who can answer your question at the point you are at in the process of completing the taxes. Referring me to IRS publications is not helpful.
