good but missing followup on recommended paper fil

It is pretty thorough but some of the explanations have to be defined better such as E85 tax credit. I had to file paper late and TT recommended everything I sent it in and have not received and response. I have not been able to find out what to do.

Turbo tax is an inexpensive and easy way to do and file and your tax returns. Super easy with the standard deduction. Once I had all my documents together, it took me about an hour to do my returns, check them and file them.

Filing taxes is not a favorite activity, but TurboTax's ask questions and importing options makes it get done about as easily as it can be done.
For those who itemize deductions, an expanded list of items to consider within each deduction category would be appreciated to help prompt review of whether they apply to the tax year.

Turbo Tax is Good, until you want to mail returns

I'm able to import all of my data, which is great. The instructions also provide information for what I need done. The issue I have is that I electronically file my Federal return, but mail my State return (because it costs $25). I can't help thinking that Intuit makes this part of Turbo Tax significantly less intuitive to drive folks to just file electronically (what's $25). This is my only complaint, but has me considering foregoing using Turbo Tax in the future. Should I encounter the same challenge next year, I'll be done with using Turbo Tax.
