Crashes and Expensive

The program crashes when you try to save return in PDF format. Intuit is clever, they advertise free filing but charge you $70 to complete and file a state return.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Easy to use, especially is you use it every year. Just answer simple questions as you go. I have been using Turbo Tax for years. Love it.

Generally easy and transferrable

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years, this years seems to be a little more difficult to follow and with less information than the last few years versions. Also I do not know why they keep creating a Schedule UE on my PA return even though I am not claiming any deductions.

Turbo Tax is easy and convenient

I have used Turbo Tax for about 5 years. Very easy to use. This program gives step by step directions. I love that even when there are questions, answers are readily available. Will continue to use Turbo Tax!!
