easy to use and it made everything less stressful especially walking you through everything and the ability to go back and edit if you forgot something

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. I have looked at other tax preparer products (you all know who I'm referring to), but have yet to find one to compare to TurboTax. I will continue to use them for the next 20 years!!!

TurboTax worked very well for me this year. My only complaint is the time it takes to update almost every time I signed on to use it and I had to enter my license several times on the same computer - not sure I understand that one!

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20 YEARS and this 2020 TurboTax has been the worst. They have taken money out of refund and bank account. Takes hours to get back on because it wants you to put in activation code again and again and again etc... You owe me money. I will seriously think about using Turbo Tax again after 20 years BLAH!!!!
