Turbo TAX Update Issues

This is the first year I had such huge problems updating my Turbo Tax. I had to go back and enter the license number multiple times and also had to totally re-install the program. It was super frustrating. I will never buy the online version again because of this issue.

I've been using TurboTax almost since it began

I've always been satisfied using TurboTax. It is easy to use. Transferring last years data and brokerage info saves a lot of time. My only critique would be that I have had trouble the last two years downloading it to both my laptop and desktop and have needed to call. The reps have always been helpful and pleasant.

You do not provide a way to find out what the underlying reason is for E-filed return being rejected multiple times when all AGI information and Pin # is correct.

Mostly, great and easy

Beginning with Microsoft 10, I come to a form that will let me enter data. It just shows a big blur teardrop. I worked with Turbo Tax last year, but their attempted fix was cumbersome. This year, the form that refused to let me enter data was for State Property Tax.
