Program glitched when updating and would not open from icon, had to reload program and start fresh, disappointed!! State e-file went up in cost too...

turbo tax 2020 more difficult than usual!

Turbo was disappointing for 2020 after 20+ yrs of using. I felt that it missed adding things to the state form that should have been added for me. My state doe not tax military pay now and that should have been put in the proper place in the state. The EIP was very confusing with wording and it said to add 1st and 2nd to 2020 and my 2nd payment came
in 2021. THe form did not need to printed in large print as we noticed it was a senior form on top and decided it made it large print. I should have had that option! And now that I had a comment I cannot proof what I wrote as it wont let me return to the top!
