TurboTax is so buggy it wasted hours of my time

Intuit really messed up the pop up windows at critical portions of the program - activation and e-filing returns . It is impossible to proceed unless you are on a specific monitor set to specific low-resolution settings - you can't click buttons, see the appropriate text, or enter your activation code. If I wanted to spend this much time filing taxes I would have done it myself. I probably will next year - less of a headache than debugging software for hours.

Turbo Tax has been my go to tax preparer for 5 or more years now and I can honestly say it will always be my tax filing source! you have a loyal customer with me and my family. thanks turbo Tax for making filing taxes easy.
