i bought the product and had a license code with it and still had to pay 25.00 for my State Income which I shouldn't of have been charged when i did eFile

I prepare 5 tax returns for myself and members of my family. I use the PC version of turbotax for the complicated ones, and it works great. I particularly appreciate that it keeps relevant information from one year to the next, so there's less to enter.
