Easy to Use Software

I have been using TurboTax for many, many years. I pick the version depending on my life situation. However, I am very disappointed that long-term customers are not offered any incentives when buying the software. Those always go to new users. Intuit should be rewarding their long-time customers.

wasn't as easy to use as in the past

wasn't as easy to use this year. It kept asking me to change info that had already been entered - took me to the long form - very confusing - has never done this before
