E-filing failure

This is my first time to e-file federal tax return for 2020 tax year. I tried numerous time for e-filing but each time I received an error message indicating my 2019 AGI does not match the IRS record or PIN number is not correct. I confirmed my AGI amount with my IRS account transcript. Since this is my first time for e-filing, I used the 5-digit PIN number assigned by turbo tax. My e-return was rejected each time. This leaves me with only option - paper return to be filed. Big disappointment!!! Not much help from turbo tax.

Turbo Tax walks you carefully through each step and asks great questions to see if you need to complete a section or skip it.

Been using TurboTax for the past 6-7 years. It is super easy and has help available if needed. I doubt you will with the ease of how they walk you through everything. Stop thinking about it, and just get it already.
