Taxes suck, but Turbo Tax makes them suck less :)

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and I'll keep using it. There were a couple of times I had some questions pop up that it would have been nice to be able to chat with someone online (like the commercials show), but I couldn't really find a quick chat option. Although for most things I ended up being able to find answers I needed in the FAQ section, etc. You guys should just put a button along the top somewhere for "Quick chat help" or something. I hate doing taxes but turbo tax does make it somewhat bearable.

I was somewhat confused when efiling. Previously, you didn't have to add another debit/credit card to pay for state tax if federal was a balance due.

I've used TurboTax for many years, and I appreciate the fact that they make it more user-friendly with each passing year. I'm certainly no accountant or mathematician, but you don't have to be to use TurboTax to calculate your own tax return. This product saves me $$$ over my tax guy!
