Getting more difficult to use

Had difficulty in the final step of printing the copy to send in to State and Federal returns. It printed the forms but not the data.

TurboTax is the best!

Easy to navigate and enter info. If you miss something, you can easily back up and enter the data. The self-check feature is a huge piece of mind. After more than 18 years I wouldn't use anything else.

Didn't get our federal return for 9 months. We contacted our local congressman and they found IRS had a glitch with our names being reversed. Just filed our 2020 taxes today. It said our pin was wrong, which was defaulted from last year. Then it said to verify our AGI, we did and it still rejected. Called customer service 3 times. Got disconnected twice. Then the rep said her directions said to put "0" in the AGI, even though I had a copy of the correct AGI from my copy of 2019 turbo tax. If that didn't work, she sent us a link to mail a paper copy of our returns in. The link was expired as soon as we got it. Terrible service. I'll find out where to mail the returns elsewhere. Will not be using turbo tax every again. First year, terrible. Gave you one more try. That's it for us.

Great product!

I had a bit of difficulty loading the program. I was not able to load it by CD so I downloaded it from internet. All went well. Very simple and easy to use. I've been using turbo tax for about eight years and will use it again next year.
