Excellent with one exception

Turbo Tax does make it easier for non CPAs to complete taxes. However, this year I should have been able to enter information about contributions paid directly from my IRA. However, in researching how to do this in Turbo Tax, I found that the online version had a glitch and you had to do a work around with the date of birth to make it work. Or I could order the disk. I would have thought one of the updates I received would have included a fix. Disappointed in this glitch and the solutions.

Great, but let my deletes be effective!

Used it since the beginning - LOVE IT! My only thing is that I discovered deleted information / worksheets are not really deleted unless you go to the Worksheet and delete the worksheet. I used a worksheet to show my husband that we could not claim the niece or her child that had moved in... It saved the data and submitted it - even thought we did not claim them. We had to do a correction.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, but always done my own taxes (over 50 years). TT walks through all items and options to help ensure you don't miss anything. Really appreciate that as life continues to change!
