I have been using Turbo Tax for a few years. I love the well laid out forms. It walks me right through the all the tax mumbo jumbo with very easy to understand explanations.
It has saved me money as well in tax preparation.

Software doesn't keep entries when revisiting sections. Didn't ask about applicable deductions. Fails to import all data from previous year. Navigation is atrocious. Help is user generated and therefore often wrong.
