Getting tougher to use each year

I've noticed each year it gets a little quirkier. First when I save my return, then come back in I expect it to be exactly where I left off. It does not consistently do that. I sometimes goes back to the beginning of the section, then I have to re-answer questions that I already answered. Also I notice Turbo Tax misses things on the first time around. For example, I entered in all my info and college 529 information and it says nothing is taxable since it is a 529 and used for school purposes only. Then I go through the sections again for my own review, and it comes to a different conclusion about the 529 information. Yet I didn't change a thing. I've noticed this on various occasions with other portions. Bottom line if I didn't double check my own return, Turbo Tax would miss things.

Buggy

Lots of trouble with the flags not working. It also lost my progress and I had to search my computer for any file with the word tax in it. Also got an error when attempting to e-file and had to update multiple times.
Lots of other bugs including trouble with my intuit account. I know programs have bugs but this was ridiculous. I think it would have been easier/faster to just do it by hand.

I've used TurboTax for...a long time...two-three years ago the product did me wrong to the tune of $22K.
But, now I've returned to the fold and for the novice, beginner and, mid-level folks, it's very simple and quick.
