Turbo Tax never fails to disappoint

The most annoying feature is the requirement to install updates before you can go back to a return. Second most annoying is the number of updates that are made and they never stop all year long. Even if I open a prior year, I have to update the program.
Deluxe product is misrepresented regarding free efiles. I can efile my free state for free but I have to pay to efile a second state which I purchased.
Less help is available when working from the forms. In past years, you would click on a section of the tax form and could read an explanation of what it was for.
I made my Federal tax payment through the program, but there was no form or receipt to print.

Having a TurboTax history is great because you don't have to wonder how something was handled in previous year or years. I love using the step by step process even tough it takes a little longer as I'm sure not to miss something.

difficult to print

it is always very difficult for me to print the final returns. turbo gives very little help in dealing with irs. i am finding another program for next year.
