Not bad, but needs improvement

I always have issues with logging in...even when I just 20 minutes prior changed my password. When logging in to find my AGI from the previous year the site claimed I didn't use TurboTax the previous year...I have used TurboTax for the last 10 years minimum to file my taxes!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and filed myself using their step by step and help topics. I have never had any problems with this program or software. I do recommend it to anyone who needs to file their taxes.

Great Walkthrough Of Complicated U.S. Tax System

Always enjoy working with TurboTax to help me understand the convoluted tax system here in the U.S. The blue links within the program to explain certain tax forms or reasoning why certain values require entry is extremely helpful. Simple plug and play of the program allows for a stress-free and pleasant tax filing experience. Keep up the great work Intuit!

Easy. Fast

One of the best features is updating from the previous years saving lots of time. And it's easy to make entries individually so I can go back and add or delete and can have most of taxes completed if I'm waiting for more paperwork. Very fast at keeping me updated on electronic return status. Appreciate the updates so I know I'm always getting more recent tax updates.
