Every year you get my state tax wrong

Good product but flaws. I am penalized every year for incorrect Virginia state tax and I have yet to find a way to get the support you promise.

2 years in a row with problems

Omitted 1095-A and 8962 forms with federal return. Delayed refund and tax filing status for 13 months with electronic filing. Needed IRS tax advocate to resolve. This year the AGI does not match IRS and will not take electronic filing. Submitted via US mail.
