Is getting harder to use

Turbotax does not seem to be as intuitive as it once was. Seems each year it gets harder to use. While I like it, after more than 10 years of use, the honey moon appears over.

2020 Turbo Tax

I've used TurboTax for over 10 years and generally would give it 5 stars. But this year's version was very much like the 2020 pandemic itself...difficult to understand and more costly to get through.

Bad experience this year with Turbo Tax

I file with Turbo Tax every year. Next year I am considering another software because I was unable to E file because of a IRS rejection. There was a issue with my AGI. I submitted the correct AGI and PIN the first time but was rejected several times. I am requesting $25.00 refund because I was not able to E file.

Great program

Turbotax is easy to use and walks you through EVERYTHING. I use it every year and highly recommend it. The only problem I have with the program is that after completing my returns I have to pay to file with my state, even though I already paid for the program. Yet, people that use turbotax free online do NOT have to pay to file their state. Overall the best tax program I have used though.

A little dissapointed this year.

I have not experienced this with Turbo Tax before but this year It seemed like it was trying to be TOO helpful. The questions asked were not as clear and when I saved me return at a point where I could come back later, it continued as if I had already completed the section I was on. If I didn't keep up with my progress myself, I could have possibly forgotten to enter something that was necessary.
