Turbo Tax has issues

My wife and I worked for the same employer and earned the exact same amount last year and Turbo Tax warned me to check for duplicate W2's which I did. I e-filed our returns and they were rejected from the Feds for duplicate W2. I don't know whose fault this is but it can happen so it shouldn't prevent us from e-filing.

my wife died in JAN2021, and Turbo tax made all the proper adjustments for filing for 2020, and getting ready for 2021

Charges extra fees even if I choose NO

Why do I have to pay to submit the CA Tax Return if I pay for the disc that says no charge
Why do I have to pay for the Audit when I click No. I went thru the process twice and could not go forward unless I paid for it. Next year I will use a different program

Having to change screen resolution, annoying!!!

I like Turbotax

Turbotax is easy to use - only had one problem when it didn't insert a number from the previous year and I had to find and manually insert it - I like that it does remember information from previous years and gives me comparative data at the end.

The only problem I have is the size of the print. As I get older, it is harder for me to use. Otherwise I think it is great.
