Great Program

The program is great, especially if you use it year after year and transfer data. But the sign in and credit card information request screens are a little crude and the program is repeatedly asking for you to type in your email address.

Almost as good this year as in the past

In the past, using TurboTax has been seamless, and worthy of 5 stars. This year there have been a lot of changes, so I understand it might not be as smooth. But one star is lost due to the "Charitable contributions" bug that they don't seem to want to fix. I was stuck on trying to resolve this for 20 minutes, and the different "help" topics online all had different solutions, not all of which seemed to work. Fix the bug, not the user.

Turbotax by and large works fine. The last step at efiling appears that an Audit Defense of $45 is automatically added; it took me more than half hour to figure out that is an option.

Issues with state taxes

I had to download the state tax software multiple times, plus had to uninstall the software to accommodate the downloads. I also saw that the 2018 state files were sent to me. I had to call you twice, once for 30 minutes and the second time for 90 minutes. Both of your agents were good, but Felicia was outstanding
