Had trouble with some forms that needed updating so had to uninstall and reinstall the product to get it to work correctly.

Always finding ways to charge more

I want this to be a better rating due to the ease of using turbotax, but it never fails that the amount owed at the end is more than advertised. Even after buying the software to download, an extra fee was included at the end. I will be switching to another service next year.

I have been using turbo tax since 2009, as the years went by it has gotten to the point that if I were to go back to doing manually It will be Impossible to do.
