Always Use TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax since before 1997 (that's as far as my electronic files go back).
Wouldn't consider using anything else.
Now that I am retired my taxes much simpler (no longer have business and self-employed taxes) but still use TurboTax due it's simple use and to insure correct return.

TurboTax is pretty great but...

I've been using TurboTax for over twenty years now. It's been reliable and easy to use. I just wish that they wouldn't nickel and dime us over Deluxe vs. Premium etc. I feel that Deluxe should include both Federal and State e-file and not charge another $25.00 just to send some forms through the ether.

a huge help

I had some problems downloading the program but the online help was excellent and we managed to upload/download everything. The program worked flawlessly and picked up on ever deduction plus the review caught a couple of things I had missed.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
