Dissapointed with Turbo Tax this year

I have been using Turbo Tax for 20+ years. This year it has a bug that required us to go online and find out from the community that we were not going crazy. The program was not figuring out the Mortgage interest correctly, and I had to "trick" it to calculate the correct numbers.
And this for a program that updates every time you launch the application...I will still use it, as I think it the best in the category, but this was very upsetting.

turbo tax this year is far below normal

I had to unstall 3 times to get done this year. When I shut down it would not start again without a restart. I have used turbo from 2006 and was never disappointed like this year. I got done at 11:30 Sunday night. I don't know if this was just my bad luck. I would like a refund of the $60!!

Reliable and Consistent Turbo Tax Second to None
