Good but a bit confusing

why does the software require me to fill in zeros when it imports when, when it's blank on the form it should allow for blanks or fill in with zero

I wish they did just make it a little easy to get questions answered. Some answers to my questions still had me puzzled and looking everywhere for a better explaination

Very easy to use, helps you along the way. You can stop and continue at a later time if you don't have all of your info ready or handy. Plus it checks all of your details and lets you know if anything is missing. Have used TurboTax for over 10 years and trust it.
