Issues With Turbo Tax Software

This is the third time in the past few years that I have had issues with Turbo Tax software when downloading and starting/using the program. It took over an hour to download to my computer and at times I had to stop, restart, remove, and add the program again because it would stop loading or get stuck loading. I have used Turbo Tax for several decades and usually don't have a problem but in a few cases, the software seems to be corrupt or had glitches. I also strangely had problems printing out my tax forms from the program.
Also, when using the prompt "visit all" in the program, in a few cases the program did not "visit all" the tax situations in the list provided. I was able to file my return adequately but was disappointed that the Turbo Tax Software for tax year 2020 had so many issues.

Turbo Tax Gets the Job Done

Turbo Tax is very user friendly.. It takes the guest work out of filing taxes. It has the expertise on how and where to look for and locate deductions to maximize the filer's refund or to lower the payment due to the IRS and to the state.

Great Software, Pricey State Download/eFile Fee's

I love TurboTax and have been using it for years without issue. Being a family who earns money in multiple states, we have to download and efile for each state we earn in. I wish TurboTax didn't charge so much. $45 fee per state download and then a $25 fee foreach state that gets efiled is a bit much. Especially when you have to file for four different states.

A LIFESAVER for Tax Dummies !

Turbo Tax is EXCELLENT for anyone who is not an accountant to calculate and file their taxes to both Federal and State. No worries about filing the wrong forms OR not filing what should be filed . KUDOS!
