So much better to not have to read all the new tax laws myself. Especially as I would not be able to understand all the legal language.

A little misinformed!

A was disappointed that I couldn't print my state tax return without being charged an additional $25. I have been a Turbo Tax user for the last 10 years and have never been charged for printing a state return, nor advised of the charge on the packaging.

TurboTax OK

The downloaded version is what I looked for but the onlline version is terrible! It didn't look or act like the CD or downloaded version I have used for many years. Trying to find the download version was troublesome to find. Once I logged in, it kept trying to go the online version. Make the download version easy to find on the front page.

Disappointed with Turbo Tax This Year

I purchased the disk but could not load the program on to my new computer. I had to have the Geek Squad load the program on my computer. Computing my taxes went well. However when I went to file my returns, and because there is an additional fee to file the state return, I could not pay with my charge card. The system would NOT allow a credit card payment. I had to pay an additional $40 to file the state return by holding back the fee from my return. the bottom line is I had to pay $65 to file my return, this is after I already paid $40 for the Turbo Tax disk. Very disappointing.
