Technical Difficulties

The software worked just fine for input and calculation of our taxes. But when it came time to pay for state efile the payment screens would not work. I spent over 1.5 hours by myself and with two separate help people before we could find a workaround for the issue. In 2021 no major software should have problems with the screens to process payments. I did not have this problem in prior years, disappointing to see the software capabilities go backwards.

hide state tax printing

I have used this for as long as I can remember. This year you almost forced me to file state taxes electronically to get an extra 25 dollars from me. I do not appreciate your attempts to hide the printing of the state forms.
