College costs could be simpler

Handling college costs, and 529 were not clear. TT didn't know how to handle not being eligible for the AOC but using money from a 529, a work around was required.

Disappointed at the many extra charges

It ended up costing me an extra $100 for state taxes, even though I bought the deluxe package. I moved last year and so had to buy another state, then had to pay extra for each state to file online, even though states do not charge to file. I will plan ahead and not use TurboTax next year. Big disappointment.

TurboTax is always great, but it's very frustrating that when going through income or deduction topics, instead of going from one section to the next, it always comes back to the overall list. Doesn't make sense - tons of useless clicks.
