Turbo Tax in Fantastic!

I've used Turbo Tax for at least ten years. It makes it easy to file my taxes. When I had a question about my return this year I posted it in Customer Support and had an answer in minutes!

Turbo Tax very easy to use

On the page where I had to put in my last year SGI. to verify my last years return for my state, this was filed in by TurboTax, BUT to verify the amount I had to spend a long period of time to check it. I would like to have the statement added that the amount turbo inserted was copied (or taken) from last years taxes from TurboTax last years file.

Turbo Tax Update Error Problem

Kept getting an error message regarding TT update and would not open/run program. Had to totally uninstall and re-install program in order to file my taxes. Have been using TT for many years and never any problems prior to this incident.

Surprisingly easy to use! Working in one state and living in another made things a little confusing, but Turbo Tax handled it like a pro, this year! Great update for 2020!
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there's a little bit of difficulty when using search to answer a question. Finally located the answer I needed but the answer came up with "see screenshot below" and I reeeeaaallly would've like to have been able to see it. :)

Long time user now very disappointed in Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 10 to 15 years. Very difficult to find Turbo Tax for Business S corp. - all Intuit sites center on which personal tax program should be used. Anytime I pay for additional products Intuit pages look like cheap & blurry "copy" pages as if I've been re-directed to a hacker site. Finished my taxes and wanted to file - re-directed to to pay $25 to file my state (which is standard and I'm happy to pay). It would glitch up and never connect. After 4 hours (I had to download Turbo tax on my old computer, transfer info, pay $25) and then finally send. I have always been really pleased with Turbo Tax - if these problems persist next year, I will change to another software.

More trying than Usual

I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years. I had more problems this year -- biggest was when after installing with the disk and using it for several weeks, I was was asked to enter an activation code. I had my card with the code, which it wouldn't accept. My son helped me by somehow locating an Intuit employee who discovered that my original code was no longer valid. She gave me a new code and I was able to complete my tax form. Having an emergency phone number would be most helpful!!

TurboTax Deluxe

I have just e-filed my federal tax return using TurboTax Deluxe. What an easy experience it was this year. The return include income and expense data from my wife's business, as well as many, many transactions for stock purchases and sales. I just entered the data as the TurboTax program requested it, and I was DONE! Bravo to Intuit for its fantastic product.
