Had to use support twice. Once we had to download all over again even though i had a disc. Second time was even worse but support finally fixed it.

I have never missed any deduction thanks to TurboTax and their step by step process of taking me through my yearly taxes!

Unresolved problem e-filing. Paid $25 for State

Unresolved problem e-filing. Could not e-mail Federal and State returns despite repeadted attempts. Kept saying my AGI did not match. The AGI I put on the form was confirmed by my hard copy of last year's taxes and from my account with IRS. Also, paid $25 to e-file State returns which I am not sure I'll get back. .

The product is easy to use and pulls in data from previous filings. It's "walk through" features make sure I look at all items to ensure that I don't miss anything. I can do my taxes at my own pace and stop one day and pick up the next week. It checks and re-checks to make sure I haven't missed anything. And it files the information with the IRS electronically, so there is no printing and mailing.
