Really liked the way you helped but didn't care for the confusion regarding State Filing. Florida has no state Tax, yet you tired to sell me for a filing and showed a picture of the state of Florida. Leaving me to question what I was missing.

Loving Turbo Tax!

I've been using TurboTax for many years now, and it really makes it simple for me to use in the privacy of my own home. I will continue to use it and promote it to others. I love the fact that it takes me step by step so that nothing is missed.

Unsure of results for FSA and Federal W-2 Box 14

As a Federal Employee, it wasn't clear how my Federal Savings Account for healthcare should be treated and how / where the information from my W-2 box 14, other should be treated. Box 14 had W-2 Items No. 2 and 6 listed, which were not in the Turbotax selection, so I used "Other". It then completed an HSA form, which I don't know if is applicable.
