TROUBLE WITH EFILING

I had trouble with efiling. They took my wife's credit card for $25.00, for our MO efiling and then they did not file/send it. I am through with this efile stuff. NO MORE. I will continue to print and mail as I have for many years with Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax Better this year than last year

Work great this year. Last years program wouldn't allow me to download the Massachusetts Tax file for 2019. If you could please send me a link so that I may finish last years Tax Return I would appreciate it.

Overall pretty good but I'm a little disappointed the supporting documents boxes were so much trouble. I also realize Windows 10 is the standard now but it sure seemed to work a lot more flawlessly with Windows 7. Maybe consider offering both versions in the future. Otherwise, it's ok. I've been using TT for years and I don't even consider other options if that tells you anything.

When will turbotax allow free state filing?

TurboTax is nice, but i'm filing multiple returns for myself and my kids and am annoyed by the $25 state filing fees for each.

I felt comfortable that all my questions were answered and the process was thorough. I like the "what is this" blurbs that explained the question. Very helpful.

Had to delete child's turbo tax to transmit ours
