TurboTax 2020 has problems

TurboTax left out the Tax Summary table for the State of CA. Last year it was included and now it has disappeared. It has the Tax Summary table for the Federal forms but now for the State. Also, some of th headings were very confusing, i.e. Energy deductions. There was no specific entry for Solar Energy and Solar Battery and Solar Panels. Had to dig into the Turbotax to find it. Now very easy.

Turbo tax entered a document titled OC that I did not initiate and caused problems with filing. I could not find out how to delete that document.

TurboTax has NO COMPETITION

I've used TurboTax for at least 10 years now. One year, about 4 years ago, I thought I'd try a less expensive program that I'd heard of before. I tried to use it and was instantly lost in form number "who knows what" and worksheet "Do I need this?" I didn't even get through my W-2 before I was processing my return and buying TurboTax again. It's just the best PERIOD

TurboTax Does It Again

I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for years. Wouldn't file my taxes any other way. I was a little disappointed with how TT handled the MA Senior Circuit Breaker tax credit, but I blame the Commonwealth's dumb instructions rather than TurboTax.

Fast, Easy & Accurate

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years. I have used it for small business, and for my personal income. The 2020 version is improved over the past years, and provides a step by step of the previous year to help make sure that you have not omitted anything.

Following the March 18thish update of microsoft, TT would not update. Serious delay in filing. Took almost a month for a fix. Been using TT for years but 2021 was a bad experience.
