Turbo Tax OK

I was having trouble e filing my California return. I was pretty upset because I was having so much trouble. I called the support number and spoke to someone. The agent was able to help me and solve the problem. I am feeling better about Turbo Tax now since I was able to emile my state return. The app. desires a two star, however, the customer support gets a four star.

Turbo Tax Deluxe Needs some Tweaks

Had to search for some items that were available in prior year version. E-filing for Federal Tax return was no problem. But had to go backwards to file State Tax return to file by mail.

Continued issues

3 years, same problem. For estimated New York state taxes, TurboTax sets up payment vouchers, but only provides options of paying now direct from bank account or later by same. It neglects to have a pay by check option. Though the IT-2105 forms clearly say how to pay by check. I also had to enter a date for the payments - Edit - or TT won't file.
