Turbo Tax Deluxe is comprehensive

Turbo Tax Deluxe is comprehensive and easy to use. I can use it and have the highest confidence that my taxes are complete and correct. The best part is being able download my investment information without any complications.

After updates program never came back. Had to delete then reinstall and the same thing happened. Clicked on the desktop shortcut and it started up. Do better testing.

Turbo tax is OK

I do not want to update my turbo tax after I have already filed. This takes a lot of time, eats up my data, and adds no value to me. In the past years, Turbo tax told me when my refund was deposited. This year Turbo Tax kept sending me notices that my refund was available and to login to receive it. This was after I already got my federal refund direct deposited. Lastly, turbo tax has always paid my state taxes on April 15 from my checking account as I directed. It is April 15 and so far no payment has been made. I have a call into Turbo Tax.

Handles my complex taxes with ease

Have used TTax for over 30 years and it has just gotten better over time. I remember when they had to send 20 floppy disks for each udpate!
