Turbo Tax Good Product, but difficult to get help

Turbotax does what it should. However, I did not like that I had to pay a processing fee on top of the price for the software.

TurboTax - Always Great - Always Secure

I've used TurboTax as the CD, DVD, or download product since Pentium days, so it's hard to remember life without it, but I do appreciate new and old features every year. Having suffered the very prevalent COVID unemployment identity fraud this year, I appreciate the extra mile that TurboTax has gone to weed out fraud using heightened security measures. Likewise, the redundancy on account number checks, etc., is simple and excellent, to avoid problems. This is good software. Thank you!

Much worse

You forced me to a new computer with Windows 10. That messed up several other devices. I can't even bring up TurboTax without the internet. After using TurboTax since it's inception, I will be going elsewhere next year.

Turbo Tax Deluxe stepped me through each section of my personal tax return and subsequently checked my return for errors so that I could feel confident that my taxes were complete and accurate when filed.
