Miserable experience.

Turbotax failed to import complete 1099-INT from my bank (it only imported savings account information and omitted money market figures). Consequently, I had to file amended federal and state tax returns after I noticed the mistake. I became suspicious something was amiss when my refund was taking too long to be approved by the IRS.

I have never had a problem completing either my business or personal filings with Turbotax. It is clearly the best in the industry.

Problems with installment sale

Problems with installment sale: I was mystified that TurboTax imported my 2019 Return including that I had sold a property in installment sale, but I was not led to a page to review whether I had had any income from that installment sale explicitly. I finally found that yes, I had to open a NEW entry for the income in 2020 and link it to the property information that had been imported.
