Turbo Tax Deluxe-CD is easy to use and walks me through every step. There is no guess work and Turbo Tax stands by their product.

Turbo tax was ok as usual. This year I had a lot of issues with the program allowing the 1 free state return not wanting to charge me in order to file which was very disappointing.

This year the Federal software updates had some bugs. Once I had to call your support center. They were helpful.

Using turbo tax was good, but when trying to pay for efile for state it has problems, kept making reset password and still would not work, had to call tech support for them it fix the problem, this is the second year it has do this.

Turbo Tax is a good program for the novice or tax professional. For the novice, the step by step gets you through the program one section at a time at your convenience. For the tax
professionals, they can choose the "do it yourself" tool and put their own expertise into the program and will do just fine as well.
