Turbo Tax works for us

We have always used Turbo Tax, we don't have crazy complicated taxes yet so we feel very confident and secure using Turbo Tax Deluxe. Not sure if we will when things do get complicated but until then, it will always be Turbo Tax!

2020 TTD is awful

Time I have spent checking entries I could have paid a CPA to file for me!!! Trying to efile has too many options and screen locks when trying to select Bill Payment freezes!!!

"Plug & Play" -- until K-1 form data entry. Thankfully, this is the last year I will receive a K-1.

Poor Turbotax Version

This version of Turbotax was not worth the money/time spent. It does not import from past years from online product and not user-friendly!

Adequate but unfriendly

Does not keep user informed of progress, application disappears without notice. Some sections did not appear until going back and trying again - like the estimated payments and how to deal with a refund.
