I have used Turbo Tax for at least 4-5 years. Simple data input. Easy step by step questions that allow you to find the most bang for your buck

Turbo tax did not help me file electronically

Had trouble paying for state return filing. Talked to representative for several hours and she helped me pay for it, but Turbo Tax did not recognize the payment. Then Federal Tax Form was rejected for duplicate 1099-R. It was a valid duplicate so only solution was to file by mail. So I had to file both Federal and State by mail. Not sure I'll be able to recover the $25.00 I paid to file the State electronically. So I'm not a happy camper!

Tubotax is a great way to complete taxes

I like the copy from previous return feature and the download feature for various financial institutions. It is also easy to find where data entered is found on the various forms.
