Turbo Tax is helpful

Most of my connection to Turbo Tax has been helpful. However I have to remember it is a machine and that is periodically annoying. I wrote a book some time ago, and get a very small royalty. On Tax forms it says "if business has no other name, leave blank". I do not own a business. Turbo Tax would NOT let me file my returns with a blank, [even though the tax form itself says to leave blank]. I finally put my name in there and the machine let me file my taxes. We went round in circles about five times until I gave in to the machine.

Turbo Tax was easy to use but I was not able to use it on multiple devices like it said.

TT works fine - easy even. But it sure is annoying to have to decline the registration details EVERY TIME I OPEN TURBO TAX!

I did not see any place that I could e-file federal and mail state. Seemed like you required one or the other. To e-file state, the software said $20 but when I went to Intuit to pay, I was charged $25.00
