Not as good as it used to be

It was almost impossible to figure out how to print the State return (to file by mail). You had to "pretend" to do BOTH by mail. Otherwise, it was not an easy option as in years past. Also, there needs to be a WARNING with the software update request-- I updated to Catalina and most of my computer stopped working! (And I did this *just* to appease TurboTax!). Granted, they aren't responsible for the exact compatibility, but they shouldn't suggest something so lightheartedly that has such major ramifications.

I've been using TurboTax for years and rely on them exclusively to ensure my submission is accurate each year. Using the feature to be guided through all sections helps me ensure nothing has been overlooked and I gain a better understanding of current tax requirements.
