Everything was going good until it came time for me to e-file and you requested more money or a state filing e-mail confirmation number which was no where to be found and when I tried to call to find out what that was all about, I got no where! I felt it was just another tactic to get money from people. I purchased this product, didn't get what I thought I paid for. I think I'll try another product next year. I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years now, every year you have something different and more money is required after purchasing the product.

I think Turbo Tax Deluxe is a very good program

I love TurboTax!

I've been using TurboTax for a few years now. I love this program because they make it so easy to prepare my taxes and get the most out of my refund. The support is super helpful, the Mac downloads are easy, the audit protection gives you peace of mind... there are so many tools on here that make this product great and super simple to use.
