fast and easy to understand easy to file
I would recommend to anyone to save money from paying someone else who is probably using this program to do their taxes and charge alot of money.

Taxes all set to file, since Feb. Go in to file, now I have to answer a whole bunch of questions, redo a bunch of stuff, and oh, download the latest update (which did nothing), which crashed and locked up the computer. nice

Federal Taxes are easier with Turbo Tax

Federal Taxes were easy even with moving mid year. State Taxes needs some improvement. Turbo Tax did not include direct access to the state forms I needed for a Solar Electric system, I was able to get them from a Turbo Tax expert but there should have been access from inside Turbo Tax so the software could link the rebate from

As usual the software is pretty intuitive, works well. I had a small glitch in that part of my state return wasn't quite doing what I expected- called the help line, short wait, and got a rep that understood the software and was able to help.

Good tax program

The tax program is good but I forget things from year to year and I need to relearn the terms used for the questions (IRA vs Annuity vs pension). Only problem is paying to E-file loops me back to selecting to pay rather than allowing me to send the files.

Problems with 2020 Program

Program worked well as it has in the past 10+ years! UNTIL it came to the Estimating Taxes for next year. No matter how I entered data in the questionnaire, the tax calculation was unreasonable and way off base! I would have called Turbo Tax except that it is one day before April 14 and I knew it would be difficult to make contact.
