less than expected

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and over the past few it seems like the quality is getting less each year. There are more glitches and poorer service when attempts are made to get answers to relatively simple questions. I will strongly consider other software or a local tax person next year.

Turbo Tax is good

I like to use Turbo Tax as it walks me through but it is hard to get an answer to a question and I do not get to ask a real human as I have go through all your standard answers but I never get a clear cut answer but can not talk to a real human.

Non E-File State Tax Very Confusing

For the most part this software works very well. It does appear that they try to make it difficult to do state filing by mail difficult to force you into paying for state e-filing. It took me an hour to sort through this and get my state taxes printed properly. Not happy!
