Another Successful Tax Return

I've been using TurboTax since the 1990s. It has improved every year and become a great tool. I have total confidence my taxes are correct and they will support me if I overlooked anything. This occurred in 2019 and the Audit support walked me through the error. Turned out to be an easy fix. Thank you for a great product and your dedicated staff.

I depend on it when I do taxes each year. I have never had a problem when filing with Turbo Tax. Everyone should get a copy every year. Its fantastic.

Easy Peasy! An April 15 Necessity

Love how it walks me through everything, asking questions in common language. Also, after you have used TT, it reloads your information from the previous year--both personal and amounts.

Turbo Tax not up to previous standard

Some of the questions regarding Pension RMD's were ambiguous and seem to be out of order. I e-file federal but since I have to file 1099-R's by mail, I choose to print the state. The program does not return to print the state, it ends. It requires going through multiple steps to get back to printing. The language for saving saving and printing is obtuse, and when previewing the State forms, it brought up the federal. Printing brought up state.
