Please fix packaging

Turbo tax is buggy. Would not correctly import

The program failed to correctly import state taxes paid from downloaded statement. No way to fix it manually

I had to choose to paper file my return or forfeit my foreign tax credit this year. There is a bug in the software and Turbo Tax has not fixed it, I assume to save money. Really annoying. Lots of complaints and frustration in the Turbo Tax community chat rooms.

Reliable, a little quirky

Overall I always have a good experience with TT. I have a somewhat complicated return and sometimes data entry is clumsy. Final reviews usually catch things and sometimes you need to jump between forms and interviews to get entries correct. Overall a sound product I've used for years.

I found this program so easy to use after I used a different program for my 2019 taxes. I will never use anything else but Turbo Tax for my taxes again@@
