ok most things are easy to use.

Pin numbers are not working, and have had my sons e-file rejected twice. I finally ended up mailing his in! Not impressed.

TOO MANY SURPRISES

FIRST THEY CHARGE ME $25 FOR A SUPPOSEDLY FREE STATE FILING. THEN $40 DOLLARS FOR REFUND PROCESSING. THIS IS ON TOP OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE TURBO TAX WHICH I FELT SHOULD HAVE COVERED THESE

Continue to have way to many updates that must be complete before you work on your taxes. Seems to be a great deal of state updates which are not needed by all users and should have option not to update those.
