Wouldn't use anything except Turbo Tax

Have used Turbo Tax for years. I like the improvements made each year. There are times when data already entered is erased if I go back to review a screen just completed. I would like that to not happen.

Turbo Tax is a great help

First time to E-file. When asked to provide last year's AGI the program showed the value which I confirmed visually and clicked "Continue". By not clicking the space showing 2019 AGI I assume the reported value was made blank. E-file was rejected. When I clicked on the space during correction action the number changed from suggested to actual and error corrected. Suggestion: Program place cursor in AGI box with suggested value with instructions below box like "Click if correct or enter actual value before you Continue".
